When my daughter told me to contact Paolo and ask for help to buy our 1st home, that's the time when Paolo started to guide us in the process of getting a house. Paolo is always there if I have questions. He helps us to get a mortgage broker, help us to get approved for a loan.. Paolo show us many houses up for sale, he never gets tired even if we didn't like some of the houses. Until we found the right house for us. Paolo is very knowledgeable in all the process that we've been thru. We get a nice deal for the house that we choose. Paolo process all our paper works while we're just sitting in our couch. He gets a lawyer for us to process the papers till closing.. Practically, Paolo stayed with us from day1 till we get the key to our 1st ever house.
